Moody Appraisal is run by Carl E. Moody, State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, RZ1417, in Northeast Fl., since 1992 as a sole proprietor; this appraisal business geographically covers Duval, Clay, Nassau, and St. Johns Counties primarily, which includes the cities of Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and Fernandina Beach, Florida, along with smaller towns located in those counties.
